Conscious marketing. Handled by AI, guided by heart.

You started your business to change lives, not to spend four hours a day making Reels.

Smart content automation and next-gen search visibility, designed to keep you present without keeping you online. Written in your voice, checked by me, approved by you.

Human-led, AI-accelerated. I train it, I check it, you approve it.

Sound familiar?

Being visible shouldn’t cost you all your energy.

You built a business with heart. Then someone told you that to be seen, you have to post every single day.

The problem

The modern visibility trap

The algorithm wants you there every day: new Reels, new carousels, new stories, ideally with a trending sound. For a small business, that means hours on your phone that you would rather give to your clients, your products or your own life. And the moment you take a week off, your reach drops.

  • Posting every day just to stay visible
  • Evenings spent writing captions instead of resting
  • Feeling guilty when you skip a day
  • SEO tricks that no longer bring the right people

The way out

The conscious AI solution

I set up a system that knows your voice, your offers and your values. It plans, writes and schedules your content, and I check every piece before anything goes out. You get back many of the hours every week that content would otherwise eat up, and your message keeps showing up while you work, rest or travel.

  • Content that sounds like you, on a steady rhythm
  • One short check-in a week instead of daily posting
  • Ongoing work on your visibility in Google and AI answers
  • A real person who looks after all of it

Content & AI search on autopilot, in your voice

I build you a system that gives you time back and makes you future-proof

Three phases. I set everything up once, then it runs quietly in the background, and I check every piece before it goes out.

Phase 1

Brand Soul Calibration

I start by listening. We talk for a long while and I read what you have already written. From that I learn how you talk, what you stand for and what you would never say. Then I train your personal AI setup. You read the first samples and adjust them until they sound like you.

Phase 2

The Automated Content Flow

I plan, write and design your posts, carousels, captions, newsletters and blog articles in your design, and schedule them on your channels. Nothing goes out without my check, and you can approve or change anything in a few minutes a week.

Phase 3

GEO & AI Search Placement

Many people now ask ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google’s AI for a recommendation instead of scrolling through search results. I structure your website and content so these tools understand what you offer and can name you when someone asks for exactly what you do.

Who’s behind this

More than 15 years in marketing, now working for founders whose work is personal

I’m Carolin Mallmann. I started in SEO in 2009 and grew from there: at The Reach Group and intosite, at BBDO, as Senior SEO Consultant at Searchmetrics, as Head of SEO and head of the Women & Lifestyle department at Ströer media brands, and as Head of Marketing at Medlanes, where content, content management and social media became part of my daily work. I also hold an MSc in Marketing.

As a freelancer I ran online marketing and social media for tectrain, built websites for other founders and set up the marketing for the Neures Akademie and the NLP-Zentrum Berlin, including blog articles that bring psychology and marketing together.

Today I’m also an NLP trainer, coach and shamanic practitioner, and I run three brands of my own with exactly the system I offer here: blog, newsletter and social media in two languages, largely automated and still personal. So I know both sides: what works in marketing, and what it feels like to be the founder who has to keep showing up.

  • In SEO and online marketing since 2009
  • MSc in Marketing
  • Former Head of SEO and Head of Marketing
  • Three brands of my own, run on this system

Your questions answered

Before you ask

Will AI make my content sound robotic or fake?

Not if it’s set up properly, and that is most of my work. I train your setup on your own words: your website, your posts, your emails and your voice notes. You read the first samples and tell me what doesn’t feel like you, and I adjust until it does.

After that, every piece still goes through my hands before it is published. If something sounds off, it doesn’t go out.

What is GEO and why is it replacing old SEO?

GEO stands for Generative Engine Optimization. Classic SEO is about ranking in a list of links. GEO is about being the answer when someone asks ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google’s AI Overviews for a recommendation.

These tools read your website differently. They look for clear facts about who you are, what you offer and who you help, and for content they can quote. SEO still matters, and after more than 15 years in it I keep looking after it. But on its own it no longer reaches the growing number of people who ask AI tools for help. Nobody can guarantee that a specific AI tool will recommend you. What I can do is make it as easy as possible for them to understand and quote you.

Do I have to learn any software or prompt engineering?

No. I build the system and I run it. You don’t write prompts and you don’t have to log into new tools. Your part is sharing what’s on your mind, for example as a voice message, and saying yes or asking for a change when I send you content to approve.

How much of my time will this actually take once set up?

During setup, plan for one longer kick-off conversation and a few short feedback rounds in the first weeks.

Once everything runs, it is usually 30 to 60 minutes a week: a quick look at what’s coming up and a voice note with whatever you’d like to talk about.
